    Delicious Recipe

    (Method)
    Step – 1
    Soak the Rajma (175gms.) in water for overnight. Pressure cook them in 1 1/2 ltrs. of water 7-8 mins.
    Step – 2
    Heat the Ghee (40 gms.) in a Handi, add onions (100 gms.) fry till golden brown.
    Step – 3
    Add Ginger and Garlic (30 gms.) and Stir for 2-3 mins.
    Step – 4
    Add the Green Chillies (3), MAHALAXMI RAJWADI GARAM MASALA (1 1/2 tsp.), Tomatoes (80 gms.) roast until the ghee leaves from the masala.
    Step – 5
    Add Rajma along with the water and simmer for 10 – 15 mins. Gamish with coriander (1tbsp.) and serve hot.
