    Delicious Recipe

    (Method)
    Step – 1
    Take 1 kg of raw mango clean it and pat dry with a cloth. Cut mango into pieces of same size.
    Step – 2
    Then add 200 gm Mahalaxmi Achar Masala mix to this mango pieces and mix it well. Keep this mixture in a clean glass jar or a covered steel vessel.
    Step – 3
    Heat oil in a pan as per the requirement, let it cool and put oil in the above mango mixture.
    Step – 4
    Add salt to taste if need be.
    Step – 5
    Now your delicious pickle is ready.

    Important Note:
    No need to add any extra Masala apart from the Mahalaxmi Achar Masala mix. You can also use Mahalaxmi Achar Masala mix for making other pickles like Lemon, carrot, cucumber and glue berry.
