    Delicious Recipe

    (Method)
    Step – 1
    Take powder of black gram dal (200 gms), Add 1 tbsp ghee in lukewarm milk and knead into a very soft dough, Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
    Step – 2
    Heat 175 gms ghee and fry soft dough on a low flame till it is light brown, add the powdered sugar and khoya.
    Step – 3
    Stir consutantly till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, Add MAHALAXMI ADADIYA MASALA (2 tbsp.) and mix it well.
    Step – 4
    Spread on a greased tray, sprinkle some sliced almonds. When it is cool cut into a desired shape.
