    Delicious Recipe

    (Method)
    Step – 1

    Take good quality 1 Kg mango and peel up the skin and slice down to similar size. Add two spoon salt and one spoon turmeric or (as per taste) and mix it well. Now keep this mixture in a bowl and covered it with a clean cloth and keep it for 24 hours to marinate properly. After 24 hours remove water from above mixture and keep it on a clean white cotton cloth for 3 to 4 hours on room temprature so it will dry properly.

    Step – 2
    Take 500 gm Glue Berry and boiled it and remove the seeds from it.
    Step – 3
    Take 1kg jaggery and mash it well.
    Step – 4
    Now Take all Dry Mango Pieces, Glue Berry, Jaggery In a Bowl and add MAHALAXMI GOL KERI ACHAR MASALA MIX in it and mix it well.
    Step – 5
    Now stir above mixture daily 2 to 3 times till jaggery is dissolve.
    Step – 6
    Now Tasty and Traditional Gol Keri Achar is ready
