How to make Palak Paneer for 5-6 servings. With the contents of this pouch you need only 250 gm. Paneer, 400 g. Palak & 3 medium sized Tomatoes to make tasty Alu Palak in 10 minutes for your family !

Method :

  • Step - 1 Boil & Mince Palak in a mixer.
  • Step - 2 Fry chopped tomatoes in 3 tbsp of heated oil for 2-3 min.
  • Step - 3 Add the entire contents of the mahalaxmi punjabi gravy masala pouch & stir well. Add fried Paneer cubes & fry for 1-2 min.
  • Step - 4 Add approx. 1 cup water, boiled & minced palak & cook for 5 min. on medium flame. Add butter, cream as per taste. Garnish with grated cheese / potato.You can also make other punjabi dishes. Enjoy dishes like Paneer tikka, Panner pasand, Paneer Patiyala, Paneer Angara, Veg. Jaipuri, Veg. Kadai.
